Many ask question after questions regarding the five fold ministry and its spiritual gifts. Our Theological Institute has just completed a expository class on the above subject. The purpose of this page is to give the reader an overview. We invite you to join teachings under the leadership of our Founder and Spiritual Leader Dr. Renee Lannaman. We will begin by understanding the purpose of "spiritual gifts and the five fold ministry." Firstly, Christ release the gift(s) for three reasons: 1. Perfecting the Saints, 2. Work of the Ministry, 3. Edifying the Body of Christ.

God will continue to give these spiritual gift(s) and office(s) until the unity of the Church takes place. Each spiritual gift(s) is important to the saints known as the Body of Christ; however the most profound gift is PROPHECY. The Prophetic Ministry is a delivering and directing ministry. According to our beloved Apostle Paul, he instructs in I Corinthians 12, the important gift is "prophecy" and "interpretation of tongues."

Prophecy means the inspired utterance of the prophet or prophetess; held to be a declaration of God's divine will for mankind, nation(s) or situation. However! WITHOUT LOVE THE GIFTS ARE NOTHING!!!! (I Corinthians 13)

Prefer prophecy over tongues. Tongues do not edify the Church or unbeliever. Tongues is the language of the Holy Spirit to God through us. Holy Tongue (la'chon ko'desh) is our Heavenly language in speaking to God the Father through Jesus (Yeshua) the Son. (I Corinthians 14)

5 Fold Ministry consist of:

Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and the Teacher; none of these offices can function at its optimum level without SPIRITUAL GIFTS out of I Corinthians 12! There have to be furniture (gifts) in the Office (5 fold)! Otherwise, it is a powerless, empty office! Remember the Apostles? (cf. Acts 2:1-4)

They (apostles) could not function until two (2) events occurred: 1. The quota of 12 had to be fulfilled and 2. the Holy Ghost had to come upon them to give them what??? POWER ! Without POWER from on High, we cannot speak or move for GOD.

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Ho'ly Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Je-ru'sa-lem, and in all Ju-dae'a, and in Sa-ma'ri-a, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Acts 1:8

Leadership is a privilege from God, not a right!!! We must understand the law of multiplication and impartation to be an effective spiritual leader. Yeshua left a wonderful blueprint for us to follow! Yeshua multiplied and imparted knowledge every moment of His earthly ministry. As a Spiritual Leader, Yeshua taught us; we must multiply ourselves, NOT duplicate...multiply!

God does not need 400 people doing the same exact acts or thing!!! You are fearfully and wonderfully made, individually [Psalm 139:14], not carbon copies or puppets. Yeshua died and shed His precious blood for our sake to be free. WHY would we give our freedom to another? What is God saying to you about this matter? What is God saying to you about what He would like to use YOU for?

Recommendation: get a journal and start writing about, what is God saying to YOU?

THE COMMAND TO FULFILL THE GREAT COMMISSION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST:

"And Je'sus came and spake unto them saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of Father, and of the Son, and of the HOLY GHOST: Teaching them to observe ALL things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you ALWAY even unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28: 18-20

We must worship our Lord Je'sus horizontally and vertically, in our lying down and our standing up. The Cross of Christ represents the final sacrifice and our everlasting worship unto the True and Living God. Be Bless
